This lot of 5 coaches was built in 1907 with full panelling and dual brakes. They were stylistically similar to the contemporary "Grampian" stock. Last withdrawn January 1953. Supplied with resin-cast roof.
March 2026 Update: OK, progress has been so slow it has been glacial. I thought that when I retired from the day job last year I'd be able to speedily progress matters but life got in the way. However, the trial artwork has been send for tool production and should be with the etcher shortly so watch this space for more updates soon.

"Wha dare meddle wi' me" - a loose translation of the Scottish motto (nemo me impune lacessit, litterly meaning "no-one provokes me with impunity") which was appropriated along with the Scottish coat of arms (without any sanction from the Lord Lyon, King of Arms) by the Caledonian Railway Co.
